We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
✅ You received a leaked, damaged, or expired product.
✅ You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
✅ The Product Item Is Missing
Exchange Process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp using the floating button on our website or email info@relifi.pk with your order details and clear images of the issue.
- Once inspected and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a product of equal value if the same item is unavailable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than leakage, damage, or expiry due to the herbal and personal nature of our products.
